Discipleship & Bible Training
Grounding believers and leaders in Scripture through local church pathways, certificate courses, and cohort-based formation — so that faith is rooted, leaders multiply, and communities are transformed by the Word of God.
Overview
FPCT discipleship centers on Scripture, life-on-life mentoring, and local church practice. We equip believers for maturity in Christ and train workers for ministry through Bible courses, leader cohorts, and practical service in congregations.
Training Pathways
- Local Church Discipleship: Small groups, catechism, and practical serving tracks.
- Certificate & Modular Courses: Bible survey, doctrine, preaching, leadership, and pastoral care.
- Leader Cohorts & Coaching: Monthly learning circles that integrate study, practice, and feedback.
- Gospel Skills: Evangelism, counseling basics, mission exposure, and church-planting essentials.
