General Assembly
The General Assembly is FPCT’s highest decision-making body, bringing together representatives from every region to set direction, affirm doctrine, and ensure the mission advances with unity.
About the General Assembly
The General Assembly meets to deliberate on key matters of faith, governance, and mission. It unites leaders and delegates from across the nation to affirm FPCT’s biblical commitments and chart the course for ministry.
Why Dodoma? Our Assembly ordinarily convenes in Dodoma — Tanzania’s capital — located at the geographic heart of the country. Its central location and transport links make it ideal for strategic meetings, national prayer, and mission mobilization. FPCT’s national meeting hall is currently located in the Njedengwa area, enabling large plenary sessions and breakouts in one accessible hub.

Key Roles
• Elect national leadership.
• Approve strategic plans and budgets.
• Review reports from departments and ministries.
• Amend governing documents.
• Commission new initiatives for church growth and outreach.
Gathering in the Capital: Sessions include worship and prayer, plenary debates, committee work, and mission showcases from regions and departments. Delegates also network for cross-regional church planting, training, and compassionate outreach.
